- 730 room nights
  - Thu/Sun: 15 rooms each (10 rooms, 5 suites)
  - Fri/Sat: 350 rooms each (345 rooms, 5 suites)
    - Yes, that is the entire hotel Fri/Sat
- Rate of $88 per night
- Must hit 75% of total room block to avoid penalties
  - 548 rooms or more
  - Penalty Scale: Room variance at $88 per night
  - Example Penalty: If we only booked 500 rooms, we'd be responsible for picking up 48 rooms at $88 ($4224)

- Reservations can be made at a website (coming soon)

- Reservations can be canceled up to 10 days prior to the event (so, by April 19th) without penalty; after that, a penalty will be assessed.
Function Space
- All space has been reserved from Friday at 10am until Sunday at 5pm.
- All assessed charges will be subject to 6% tax and 22% service charge.
Package Receiving
- All packages will be assessed a $5 per box receiving fee charged to the recipient
- Coordinate with Jer if you plan on having a box delivered
Food Storage
- Fridge: two speed racks plus floor space equivalent to another speed rack
- Freezer: one section of shelving
Late Checkout of 3pm on Sunday for those who so request

Payment Schedule
- $500 deposit by 15 June 2009
- Payment in full to follow event

No liquor can be served in the hospitality suite (Consuite)
- Note: You can drink your liquor there, but you the con does not serve liquor.
Beer can be served in the hospitality suite, but must remain in the suite
No food or drink can be provided on the first floor
No alcoholic beverages can be imbibed on the first floor
